But while I was excommunicated from the 40's, Vic's departure was voluntary, which meant Vic still had access to the 40's Block Underworld and its people if he chooses. A gift I would love to regain if possible.Vic is a great Negotiator, a skilled set that he has developed from his glory days as a hustler.I do not know anything about his past; but I do know that he and the Queen has some type of association.
